Description
I. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
LEMAN PU 680 is a one-component, PU-Acrylic dispersion-based waterproofing coating applied in liquid form. The product forms a seamless waterproof membrane with excellent resistance to water ponding, UV protection, crack-bridging capability, and a highly aesthetic finish.
It is a durable waterproofing solution suitable for both new construction and renovation projects, ideal for roofs, terraces, and balconies, especially areas with complex details or difficult access.
Additionally, the coating has solar reflectivity, helping to reduce surface temperature and save cooling energy for buildings.
II. ADVANTAGES OF LEMAN PU 680 WATERPROOF COATING
- Superior water ponding resistance, suitable for flat roofs and areas prone to standing water.
- Excellent UV resistance, anti-yellowing, and anti-aging properties for long-lasting durability.
- High elasticity and excellent crack-bridging on concrete and cementitious surfaces.
- Non-toxic, low VOC, and environmentally friendly.
- Easy application — single-component product, ready to use without complex mixing.
- Forms a seamless, joint-free waterproof membrane for enhanced structural durability.
- Allows the surface to breathe, preventing blistering or delamination due to trapped moisture.
