What is COSMO AT-15 PRO 2-component waterproofing bucket for swimming pools and basements?
2-component cement-based waterproofing products are a mixture of component A (liquid) and component B (cement-based powder) measured in a certain ratio given by the manufacturer. 

COSMO AT-15 PRO is a 2-component, elastic waterproof coating, applied to concrete or mortar surfaces to prevent water.

COSMO AT-15 PRO 2-component waterproofing bucket is used for waterproofing, filling hairline cracks and also as a protective layer against carbon dioxide penetration. The product is used for waterproofing: water tanks, swimming pools, basements, balconies, terraces, gutters, retaining walls, bathroom floors and walls, kitchens, wet areas.

Packaging:

• Weight: 4.5 kg/set (Component A: 1.5 kg; Component B: 3 kg).
• Rate: Apply at least 2 coats at a rate of 1.5-2kg/m2/coat. In areas with high seepage pressure, apply a third coat at a rate of 2.5-3 kg/m2/3 coats. Always apply at least 2 coats.
• Waiting time: approximately 4-8 hours (at +25°C) for the first coat to dry before applying the second coat.

Instructions for constructing 2-component waterproof bucket:

• Concrete and mortar surfaces must be solid, clean and free of grease.
• All surfaces must be as flat as possible.
• Highly absorbent surfaces must be completely saturated with clean water, but no standing water, before applying the first coat of COSMO AT -15 PRO.
• Mix all 2 components together by slowly adding the powder component to the liquid component, using a specialized electric mixer to stir until the construction consistency is achieved.
• While the surface is still damp but free of standing water, apply the first coat of COSMO AT - 15 PRO by brush, roller or trowel. Press the material firmly onto the surface to achieve the best adhesion.
• Allow the product to cure for approximately 4-8 hours at temperatures above 25°C before applying a second coat.
• When applying on floors, to avoid the risk of damaging the first coat, apply the second coat approximately 12 hours later.
• If the second coat is applied 12 hours or later, the first coat must be dampened by a suitable method, e.g. by spraying.
• Allow to dry for at least 3 days before soaking in water.
• There should be a coating (mortar, tile) to protect the waterproof layer.
