LEMAN AT-14 MAX is a two-component elastic waterproof coating applied on concrete or mortar surfaces to prevent water penetration.
The two-component waterproofing bucket LEMAN AT-14 MAX is used for waterproofing, sealing hairline cracks, and acts as a protective layer against carbon dioxide penetration. This product is suitable for waterproofing water tanks, swimming pools, basements, balconies, rooftops, gutters, retaining walls, floors, and walls in bathrooms, kitchens, and wet areas.

IV. Application Instructions for Two-Component Waterproofing Bucket

1. Surface Preparation:

• Concrete and mortar surfaces must be solid, clean, and free from oil or grease

• Surfaces should be as flat as possible

• Highly absorbent surfaces must be fully saturated with clean water without standing water before applying the first coat of LEMAN AT-14 MAX

2. Mixing:

• Slowly add powder component (B) into the liquid component (A) while mixing with a specialized electric mixer until reaching a thick, workable consistency

3. First Coat Application:

• While the substrate is still damp but free of standing water, apply the first coat of LEMAN AT-14 MAX using a brush, roller, or trowel

• Press material firmly to ensure good adhesion

4. Drying Time:

• Allow product to cure for 4–8 hours at temperatures above 25°C before applying the second coat

5. Second Coat Application:

• When applied on floors, to avoid damaging the first coat, apply the second coat approximately 12 hours later

• If the second coat is applied after more than 12 hours, moisten the first coat appropriately, for example by spraying water

6. Final Curing:

• Wait at least 3 days before water immersion

7. Protective Layer:

• It is recommended to have a finishing layer (mortar, tiles) to protect the waterproof coating.
