LEMAN TOP HARD GREEN

DESCRIPTION

LEMAN TOP HARD GREEN is a pre-mixed, non-metallic, cement-based floor hardener applied by dry shake method. It consists of high-hardness silica oxide particles and specialized polymer additives, enhancing abrasion resistance and minimizing surface dusting.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Surface Preparation

• Once the concrete reaches a plastic state (after the bleed water evaporates but before setting begins), level the surface using a screed.

Application

• Manually broadcast LEMAN TOP HARD GREEN onto fresh concrete at the following rates:

  • 3 – 3.5 kg/m² for standard areas.

  • 3.9 – 4.6 kg/m² for medium-load areas.

  • 5.1 – 5.6 kg/m² for heavy-load areas.

• Allow the product to absorb moisture, then use a power trowel to work it into the surface.

Troweling & Finishing

• Once the mixture becomes plastic or near-set, use a power trowel at low speed with metal blades slightly inclined.

• If necessary, perform a final high-speed troweling pass for a smooth finish.

Curing

• Prevent rapid moisture loss to avoid surface cracking.

• Apply an approved curing compound.

APPLICATION NOTES

• Avoid application in strong winds.

• Color variations may occur due to cement quality and water content.

• Low humidity may cause white patches; high humidity may lead to water separation and slow curing.

• This cement-based product is alkaline; avoid direct skin contact. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with clean water and seek medical advice.
