LEMAN SP 01 Multi-Purpose Flexible Mastic

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

LEMAN SP 01 multi-purpose flexible mastic is a special type of mastic composed of modified acrylic resin, silica, titanium, stone powder, and polymers that enhance adhesion, prevent shrinkage, and limit cracking. The product is white, with a viscous paste consistency, capable of filling mortar capillaries, filling small holes and cracks, helping to create a smooth wall surface. LEMAN SP 01 is suitable for both interior and exterior use, especially in high-class projects and special paint systems such as artistic stone paint, wood grain paint, and decorative paint.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Surface preparation:

• For new walls: Allow to dry and stabilize the structure (minimum 12-15 days), clean dust and dirt.
• For old walls: Scrape off grease, moss, old paint/lime layer, then wash and let dry.

Mixture preparation:

• Mix in the ratio: 4 kg Mastic + 1 kg cement + 0.3 liters of clean water.
  • 5 kg bucket: 1.25 kg cement + 0.30 - 0.45 liters of water.
  • 20 kg bucket: 5 kg cement + 1.35 - 1.5 liters of water.
• Mix the mixture well until homogeneous, adjust the consistency as needed.

Application:

• Apply 2 coats with a trowel, each coat 3-4 hours apart.
• Let dry for 6-8 hours, then use sandpaper to smooth the surface, clean dust before applying primer.

EXPIRY DATE:

• 12 months from the date of manufacture, store in a cool, dry place, avoid direct sunlight.
