LEMAN SP 01 Multi-Purpose Flexible Mastic

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

LEMAN SP 01 multi-purpose flexible mastic is a special type of mastic composed of modified acrylic resin, silica, titanium, stone powder, and polymers that enhance adhesion, prevent shrinkage, and limit cracking. The product is white, with a viscous paste consistency, capable of filling mortar capillaries, filling small holes and cracks, helping to create a smooth wall surface. LEMAN SP 01 is suitable for both interior and exterior use, especially in high-class projects and special paint systems such as artistic stone paint, wood grain paint, and decorative paint.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Surface Preparation

• For new surfaces:
  Allow the surface to dry and stabilize for at least 12–15 days. Clean off dust and impurities before application.
• For existing surfaces:
  Remove all grease, mold, moss, and old paint/lime layers. Wash thoroughly and let the surface dry completely.

2. Mixing Ratio

• Standard mixing ratio:
  4 kg Mastic + 1 kg cement + 0.3 liters of clean water
• Packaging conversion:
  • 5 kg pail: 1.25 kg cement + 0.30 – 0.45 liters water
  • 20 kg pail: 5 kg cement + 1.35 – 1.5 liters water

3. Important Notes for Mixing

• Color can be adjusted as desired:
  • Gray finish: use ordinary gray cement
  • White finish: use white cement
• Cement requirements:
  • Do not use expired cement
  • Do not use cement that is lumpy or hardened
• Proper mixing procedure:
  1. Mix water with cement first, stir until uniform
  2. Gradually add the cement-water mixture into the mastic
  3. Use a mechanical mixer to blend thoroughly until smooth and homogeneous
  4. Adjust consistency to suit application conditions

4. Application

• Apply with a trowel in 2 coats
• Allow 3–4 hours between each coat

5. Finishing

• Let dry for 6–8 hours
• Sand the surface smooth using sandpaper
• Clean off dust before applying primer paint

EXPIRY DATE:

• 12 months from the date of manufacture, store in a cool, dry place, avoid direct sunlight.
