LEMAN C1 interior tile adhesive
LEMAN interior tile adhesive is a quality adhesive product whose main ingredients are Portland cement, graded dried sand and some special polymer additives to create high adhesion and stability when gluing.
Description
APPLICATIONS OF LEMAN INTERIOR TILE ADHESIVE C1:
- Used for tiling all types of tiles, stones (Ceramic, Mosaic, Granite, Mable...) on floors, walls, vertical surfaces in indoor areas.
- Used on wall surfaces with regular cement mortar (grade higher than 75), concrete surfaces, plaster surfaces.
- LEMAN interior tile adhesive Type C1 - used for tiling all types of stones, tiles up to 60x60 cm.
OUTSTANDING FEATURES OF LEMAN INTERIOR TILE ADHESIVE TYPE C1:
- High adhesion due to special Polymer additives.
- Industrial production so the quality is always stable.
- Easy to construct, labor productivity increases significantly, contributing to shortening construction time.
- Able to withstand deformation due to vibration and thermal expansion of the base layer and tiles.
- Creates a strong bond that does not shrink or crack, and the tiling material does not blister over time.
- Durable in the environment and good alkali resistance.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING LEMAN INTERIOR TILE ADHESIVE C1
SURFACE PREPARATION: Clean the base surface - wall, free of dust, grease and other impurities..., the surface must be moist but not stagnant. MIXING ADHESIVE
: Pour 5.5 - 6 liters of clean water into the mixing tank, slowly add 1 25 kg bag of glue into the mixing tank.
Use a mixer, stir for 5 - 7 minutes to achieve a uniform and flexible glue mixture. Leave the glue mixture for 2 - 3 minutes for the additives in the glue to take effect, then mix again for another 1 - 2 minutes before using.
Under normal temperature and humidity conditions, the glue usage time is 60 minutes (the usage time will be reduced if the weather is sunny, windy or the surface has a high water absorption rate).
MORTAR: To achieve the best adhesion, first use the straight edge of a notched trowel to spread a thin layer of mortar, 3 - 4 mm thick, onto the construction surface, then use the notched edge to tilt at a 60 degree angle to the surface and parallel to the edge of the ruler, to create grooves and create an even and suitable thickness for the tile to be tiled.
TILE STICKING: If the back of the tile is too dirty, wash it with clean water before gluing. Immediately after spreading the glue and creating grooves as mentioned above, then quickly place the tile at a 30 degree angle in the position to be glued and press lightly. Use a rubber hammer to tap evenly around to ensure that the mortar covers the back surface of the tile. The position of the tile can be adjusted within 20 minutes after pasting.
NOTE: - During the process of tiling, do not leave the glue layer on the construction surface for more than 25 minutes, as it can easily form a film that affects the adhesion of the glue.
If the glue layer forms a film, use a notched trowel to pull it back as described above. Do not use water to moisten the glue because it will lose its adhesion.
Tiles and stones after being pasted should not be exposed to rain or running water for about 8 - 10 hours.
Allowable time for use on foundation and light traffic is 24 hours after construction.
